Return & Refund Policy

Cash4Pawn strives to describe its merchandise accurately, including its condition, specifications, and any disclosed imperfections.

Eligible Returns

Customers may request a return when an item arrives defective or materially different from its advertised description.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for changes of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with a characteristic accurately disclosed before purchase.

Return Requests

• Customers must contact Cash4Pawn within 3 days of receiving the item to report an eligible return.
• Provide your order information, describe the problem, and supply supporting photographs when appropriate.
• Returns require authorization before visiting. Customers should not bring merchandise back without receiving return instructions.

Return Methods

Approved returns are accepted in-store only at one of our two locations:

Once a return is authorized, the item must be brought to the store within 3 days of receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

For approved returns involving defective or materially misdescribed merchandise, Cash4Pawn will cover reasonable authorized return shipping costs if the item cannot be brought to a store location. Contact us for instructions before shipping any item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of inspection, subject to applicable law.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged on approved defective-item or materially misdescribed merchandise returns.

Exchanges

Cash4Pawn does not offer standard exchanges because much of its merchandise is individually sourced or one of a kind.

Marketplace-Specific Policies

Sales made through eBay or other third-party marketplaces are subject to the return policy of that marketplace, which may differ from the policy stated here. This Return & Refund Policy applies to direct purchases made through Cash4Pawn's website and in-store transactions.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
